N. Calif. Roundup Food List

We need to start getting a pretty accurate count of how many plan to attend this Roundup in Orinda, Calif. on Oct. 13th at the home of Choke Hunkuntod. Please bring a dessert or side dish along with any special beverages you might want.

I can bring paper plates, plastic cups, and plastic utensils.

I am coming but may miss lunch--UC Santa Cruz fall plant sale is that day so I need to go to that first (unless someone's planning on bringing a fabulous collection of Aussie native plants to the RU...and is willing to just give them to me with nothing in return since I'm in the quarantine area and can't bring any plants!) They are co-hosting the sale with CNPS which means I can go during the member's preview hours, but they don't list on their website what those hours are yet. Once they post that, then I'll know whether I'll make it in time for lunch or not and I'll post back here.

If I miss lunch, I'll bring dessert of some sort, but if I can make it by 1 then I'll bring a vegetarian (but probably not vegan) entree or hearty appetizer.

What do I need to bring???

nanarose, If you could bring some kind of a side dish that would be great ! It could be like a pasta, rice or green salad, or anything else you would like to bring.

I will be smoking Brisket and Sausage, and maybe Ribs (Texas style). Also, I'll have Water and soft drinks.

Huck, can you post here if there's anything else we should bring...

I've always liked the pot luck idea, so bring your favorite side dish or desert . Also, if you have a favorite drink or adult beverage, bring that too.

I'll have plenty of meat for the main course.

I'll bring something but I won't know what 'til closer to the event. It depends on whether my RSI pain is so bad that I can't cook/bake/prep. Then I would just buy something.
