Thanks so much! I kinda thought he might be one, but wasn't too sure. I'm used to seeing the Eastern Black Swallowtail with a little bit of blue on it and I didn't see it on him. I just kept taking photos of him. ;-)

It is odd that there isn't any blue on him, but I don't know what else he could be.

He sure looks handsome with the Zinnias!

It's an Eastern alright. The eye spot on its hind wings has been ripped out. That's why you can't see any blue.
