I haven't posted pics in a little while. I hope everyone had a nice summer. It is back to the grindstone and a hectic schedule for me starting tomorrow.
This is 'Salmon Pink':
My September Plumie Blooms
Very pretty!!!
Clare,
If I had all those plummies blooming at my house, I would never get anything else done!!!!!
I'm not familiar with the adenium. Is it a succulent? Is that bulb-like thing the base of the plant? It is very beautiful. I'll have to look it up in the plant files to learn more about it.
Thanks for all the eye-candy,
Louise
(my bud is almost an inch now!!!!)
I think my favorites are all the pink ones
Thanks, Louise and PiggyPoo!
Louise, yes, adeniums are related to plumerias and have fat bodies in which they store water. They are very interesting and beautiful, but unfortunately, the flowers have no fragrance. Here is a good link to learn about them: http://www.tropicanursery.com/adenium/story.htm There is also the Caudiciform Forum: http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/f/fatplant/all/
PiggyPoo, here's another pink for you: Pink Trumpet
I hope the pink one I have blooms for me soon!!!
Oh, Clare, I'm dying down here! Those are absolutely beautiful. Thanks so much for sharing your photos.
Kathleen
Thanks, Kathleen! I should have some new ones opening shortly;-)
Once again Clare you have put on a very nice show. If I close my eyes I can smell them. Would love to live next door then I wouldn't have to grow any lol thanks for the great pictures
LOL, thanks, Dana!
Live next door??? If I lived next door, I'd raid her gardens! LOLOL!
Thanks Clare for another wonderful display. I love it when you put on these Plumie shows!
gasp! you plumie thief! how could you even think such a thought? LOL
It's not difficult....Do you see the blooms posted by Clare? I want them. I'm not really a thief, I just NEED these things. I think it's more of a "survival" thingie! LOLOL!!! (Just kidding, of course)
It's NOT survival, I'm just a thief! LOLOL!
Great pictures! Thanks for sharing.

Teresa, if you lived next door, that would be delightful, and I would happily share my garden with you.
Sorry, I'm too busy packing. ;-)
