Yours for postage.

I've had these for several years and they are some of the first to bloom and almost always the last. I have 5 good clumps (3-7 fans) for postage. I apologize for the crappy picture, but this was taken OCT. 17 of last year!! We had already had a frost and they still bloomed......not as pretty as in the spring, but bloomed none the less!
I only have 5 clumps so the first 5 to respond will get them.

I have purple Obedient Plants or seeds, and some Yellow Loosestrife plants if anyone wants them. Oh, I also have the 'wild' daisy clumps that are in the loosestrife picture.

Sorry Sue I don't. I could save you some others if you wish. You know I wouldn't think that Green Envy would be true, but the birds have eaten all the seeds so far.

No - it's just one plant - sorry. Because I seem to move all my echies every year they haven't spread like crazy yet.

Darn!! I can't wait for mine to start spreading like crazy! I just love them. Maybe next time.

Is there anyone willing to give up some Columbine seeds?

Just bagging up some seeds I'm drying. I only saved Winky Double red/white - my favorite. You can have some.

We should do a thread like this in the Spring so we know what to save! I should have a decent amount of Columbine seeds next year.

I'd like to adopt CZJ, or Halle Berry, or Salma Hayek. Anyone have extra? I'll pay the postage up front. I'll even do a pickup.

Good point!! They would make such a great combo.

They'd all gang up on you Victor and have you cooking and cleaning while they went shopping.

The first part would more than justify the second.

Rats - just typed my message - then responsed to Candyce's request for columbine seeds and lost everything I had typed.

First, I really regret getting to this thread so late - any chance you have any sundown or harvest moon seeds left, Al ? - I really want these for the terrace.

Here is what I have to offer:

DIGITALIS purpurea Apricot Beauty - lots! All babies but in six packs right now
Digitalis purpurea - Candy Mountain - same thing - babies in six packs
Delphinium Blue Pigmy - small in six packs

MALVA alcea Fastigiata - pink malva - (I think - these were winter sowed from donated seeds - have some extra)

SIDALCEA - Party girl (in the picture) have some volunteers

Maybe I should bring these to the round-up?

would that be too late for planting them outside this year??? digitalis are perenials right???

Candyce - I have some pink Beidermeier Columbine seeds - they grow about a foot high - if you want some.

Primrose - I have both - plants and seeds - which would your prefer? Are you going to the Round UP? I can bring your choice then if you wish.

Kassia - the digitalis are perennials - I have tons of babies that have also sprouted in the garden (really small). Shall I bring some for you at the Round Up? - the one's in the six packs will be bigger by then.

Most Foxgloves (Digitalis) are biennials.

Yep - you are right, Victor - all my foxgloves and biennials - but they reseed so willingly, apparently they seem like perennials :-)

I've never grown them (not sure why!) but I assume you just make sure some are planted in successive years so that every year some will bloom.

Michaela - I didn't get any seeds off those. I do have other newer varieties seeds - Twilight,Sunrise etc.

I'm happy with Twilight. How is Sunrise, Al? (Hour later in your time zone)

Sunrise is the best of the Big Sky's - nice yellow flowers that don't fade to purple.LOL

Oh . . . Al . I would practically sell my soul for twilight and sunrise seeds! The Twilight will go into the west garden - (all hot pinks, mauves, purples and dark blues) and the sunrise will go in the east garden - all soft pinks, soft yellows and soft blues). If you have any to spare I will be very happy to trade for them - or even pay for them :-) (Sunset was for the west garden - all oranges and yellows and bright blues)

Hey, Al, I would love some Sunrise seeds. I should have some Ruby Giant echie seeds shortly. and [seeds] I have shastas (Highland White Dream) and a deep purple poppy (Laura Springer's Grape)

the only plants I have are Goldsturm black-eyed susan, which everyone in the free world probably already has, but they are a terrific plant
