Monteray Bay trading

I'm looking for people interested in trading seeds and other plant stuffs in the Santa Cruz or monterey bay area. Is anybody out there interested? We could avoid sending plants through the mail.

Especially with seeds, you could trade with people in a larger area of CA if you want. For plants you need to be careful, I think you're probably in a quarantine area for the Light Brown Apple Moth so you shouldn't send cuttings or plants outside of your quarantine area. But seeds you could send anywhere, they mail easily.

wonderearth, I currently have seed of salvia scabra, salvia clevelandii, rudbeckia 'Indian Summer', Hollyhocks in a 'blush cream / pink' sort of color...I might like to trade for something you have, or you can have them for an sasbe.

edited to add......IF these are anything you're interested in...in S.C. and close enough to Betsy or Cabrillo College you may get all of the salvia seedlings you could want!

I'm interested in the hollyhocks. I've got alot I've got a lot of seeds but before I start trading them I need to get my list together and make sure they are all good. I'm test germinating all of them right now. plants and cuttings is what I'm looking for locally so no mailing Just a very short drive. I can't go far I've got a one year old.

I live in Salinas. I don't have anything on your wish list right now (although I just planted some seedlings of white cosmos with purple centers). If you look at my trade list, you can see what seeds, etc. I have. I also have quite a few plants that I'd be happy to give you cuttings of -- you can see most of my plants on my web page.
