Should be Long-Tailed Blue butterfly.
I'm going for Lepotes plinius. Long-tailed blue I'm afraid is not the one, though it is closer. In flight, I see the blue colour. But when it sits and folds the wings [as in this shot], it is a different pattern that matches that of L.p.
