CLOSED: a small hoverfly ?

Gent, Belgium(Zone 8a)

Found a couple of these on my sedum. They fly like a hoverfly but are tiny and have very thin bodies.

I knew I had seen it somewhere! It is in the Family Syrphidae. Baccha elongata.

There are some minor differences like the amount of stripes on the end of the abdomen but according to the British site this is variable.
