On the 16th I took a photo of this plant and it was beautiful. Today, 27th This is what I found on the same plant. Is it spidermites???
If so, has anyone tried to find an aromatherapy mix to fight them? Also, I am on a Disability Pension so is there a homemade remedt I could try first?
Not spider mites. You wouldn't be able to see them that well. Too small and in the wrong place on the plant for mealybugs. That leaves scale, although it is hard to be sure - they are so small in the photo.
I think those are salt crystals! See if you can wipe them off with a damp cloth. They would come from the fertilizer....
Yes I can wipe them off easy enough. I am so glad that it is neither of them.
