The only thing I've seen similar to this are katydids, but this is different.
CLOSED: Cricket like?
Along with grasshoppers, crickets, and katydids (in the order Orthoptera) there's a family of 'tree crickets' called Oecanthidae. Pretty sure this is a tree cricket - look at the genus Oecanthus:
