Nice A, it does look satiny!!
I like it too.
Does anyone know what the "no" in a name like "Fuji no Momo" means?
Martin
Martin - The 'no' is sort of a japanese preposition that basically means 'at', 'of' ,'from' or 'that is'...so "Fuji no Momo" would be the > fuji that is pink...
the 'no' is sometimes left out of some descriptions because the japanese know to automatically/mentally add it in to the grammatical 'sequence'...

Ron
Thanks, Ron.
Hey guys just recently retuned from my visit to USA and I must say I had a whale of of time. I got an email about "no" in a name like "Fuji no Momo" therefore I`m posting my reply here so I don`t get asked this question again.
In Japanese `no` is a particle that shows possession, so it can often be translated as `of ` with possessive.
For example Fuji no Pink translation is ( Mt Fuji`s Pink ). and/or can also be translated as ( the pink of Mt Fuji). It can also join two nouns into a longer noun phrase, so its usage is wider than the English `of `.
Another example is ( (densha no kippu ) densha is train and kippu is ticket. Therefore the translation is train`s ticket.
Anyway I want to let you know that I'll be sending out samples of seeds we've gathered this year. honto ni sugoi. Got seeds from some of this years morning glory festivals too. Totally off the charts. Also a few rare JMG that haven`t been seen here or grown outside of Japan.
Yeah I see that I have some d-mails and will respond ASAP.
TTYL,
Dee
