I noticed this one on Allium tuberosum. My pictures are not very sharp, but I think that the patterns are clear enough to ID.
I compaired it with this one http://diptera.info/.

I think that is correct, I found another similar but this one looks to match more closely. The two small marks near the tail end show on your last pics, it seems some other colour is a little variable.
