CLOSED: do toads eat mosquito larvae?

Hi, hope I'm in the right area. I have a short piece of black ribbed drain pipe that goes from my patio, down under an area of garden and into the yard. I noticed that water collects in the ribs. There is a toad living in this pipe (I call him Teddy, tee hee). Should I be worried about mosquitos breeding here, or will the toad eat the larvae?
