I found this fella on the side of my garage, What is it? Sorry the picture is the greatest but its the best I could do.

Hi Connie - pretty sure that's a Spicebush Swallowtail (Papilio troilus) caterpillar - but this isn't the Bug and Insect ID forum. It's over here :
