Last chance: Ledger' Iris japonica & Justicia (Shrimp Plant)

Santa Ana, CA(Zone 9b)

Oh, I may just plant the Salvia "Lady in Red" *around* the enormous grouping of Ledger's Japanese Iris, but now is a good time to speak for a little or a lot of them! The rest of the Shrimp plants (Justicia brandegeana) not taken by Lat+friend are gonna be dug out tomorrow, though. I will put the largest clump(s) in plastic lined boxes if someone wants them but can't come after until the weekend... The bracts of this particular plant+clones are part red, part chartreuse -- not as striking as the cultivar called "Fruit Salad", but still different than the all-red/dark-red ones... that's why I liked it!

I'm in Santa Ana near Orange/Tustin (the triangle of 5-55-22 fwys).

~'spin!~
