this is my first year for oriental montreal lily which was said to grow up to 6 ft tall, and was good in full sun to mostly shady. Mine is in part shade, but only grew about 3 ft. Would it grow taller in more sun?

Lilies generally grow taller in part shade as they stretch for light. All lilies are shorter the first year as they settle in and regain bulb strength.
