2 years ago I had the fun of dining w/ those 2 little bunnies, their mom & dad and several other wonderful DGers. : - > ) Tonight I'm going to dinner at the Brewster's Street Ice House http://www.brewsterstreet.net w/ my son and his familty, my bike mechanic/'4th child' and his family and my hubby.
I'll have to post a picture later (when I'm near my scanner) of the picture my wonderful DIL painted for me for my birthday.

Sounds like a plan Donna! I hope it's everything you want it to be.:) Happy birthday!
It was too funny. We went to Brewster Street, got our table, the kids found the playground, we were about ready to order and the power went out. (Apparently lines had been severed a couple days before at the ball park a couple blocks over.) After waiting 15-20 minutes and not being able to order even an iced tea, we headed into town and had cajun food for dinner. At my hubby's request my darling DIL baked me a sugar-free cake which we had at the restaurant after dinner.
For my gift she painted, in water color, a picture of a hot air balloon inflating with the silhouettes of children on the outside of the envelope. I can hardly wait to get it mounted and framed so I can hang it on the wall!
Indeed it was a wonderful birthday.
