I wonder if the japanese cherry blossoms can be grown in Puerto Rico. Our zone is 11 , the temperature is nice where I live but we dont have winter.
I already got a weeping cherry and two other cherry blossoms that I really wish I can grow in my front yard.

No, they need a winter dormant period to grow. Sorry, but they won't last long in the tropics. Plenty of other superb flowering trees you could grow, though! How about Tabebuia? - photos I've seen of that are spectacular.
