South China, ME(Zone 5a)

Last fall I bought a few new varieties to put in the garden. I guess you could say I have been bitten my the lily bug but it wan't the Red Beetle! I have enjoyed looking at all the varieties I found here in the last year and it promoted me to buy more. So here are a few even if they may be old to you, they are new to me and I hope you don't mind.

'San Souci" FFO and very new to me. I love it!!!

I'll have to look up the name of this one...it's very short, maybe 18-24" and looks great at the feet of 'Landini'.

'Angelique' with finger for size comparision. This is my favorite lily this year because she is so small, just planted in May and has a big flower scent. What a trooper!!!

Pixie, you have such good taste! This was my first year for 'San Souci' and I just adored that lily. 'Princess Melissa' looks like it has very large flowers. Are they as big as they seem ?
Hope DH is recovering well, and that you are too. It's tough being a caregiver sometimes, even when you care a whole lot ;)
Enjoy those flowers!

P. Melissa is about the same size as San Souci, but i have at least 5-7 buds on one bulb!

pixie, great pictures! I just ordered 'San Souci' and am already hungering for next seasons blooms! That 'Angelique' would look stunning in the bed on the east side of my house.............might have to shop a bit more!

Angelique comes from our own Mainiac...Far Away flowers.

Oh, such beautiful lilies. I like that Tropical Isle!!! very nice collection. :)

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

Gorgeous, and the Angelique is adorable ~ it's so teeny!

Don't worry about posting pics twice, or thrice, or something that someone else has posted. We just love lily pics and we'll do it all over again when we're in the depths of winter.

Vancouver, WA(Zone 8a)

Oooh, I like the Angelique, too!
