My Mom purchased a "weeping cherry tree" that will not bloom and the leaves are shaped like a maple. It has beautiful dark green leaves. They weep really well and are very thick. It just will not bloom. Is it really a weeping cherry tree?
Is it a weeping cherry tree?

Carol, I've never heard of a weeping cherry (or any cherry for that matter) with leaves that look like a maple. Are you sure it's not a weeping mulberry? If it is, the blooms are inconspicuous and you'll just have to enjoy the foliage.
