I live in Rhode Island. This spider has been on the side of my house all day. Where can I find more info?

I tried, but couldn't find a match for your spider. Did it stay balled up like that or stretch out? Do you have a photo from another angle?

It stayed all balled up. We discovered it was dead. My husband saw it yesterday hanging by a thread. It fell to the ground when he tried to touch it. Thanks for trying.
