Ahh, that would explain why I didn't recognize her, the deer have dined on that one also!

At least I still have the stems so the bulbs should still being fed. Maybe next year!

Well, it's August 2nd, but I have another to add...

Here is 'Uchida'.
I started it early indoors and transplanted it out in May.

Delish...... How is this different from speciosum?

Uchida is a particulary nice selection of the specie that was named and propagated.

Looks alot like my l. speciousim rubrum species. How big are the blooms? Mine are as big as my outspread hand!
