CLOSED: Is this a Black and Yellow Argiope?

I was sure this was a Black and Yellow writing spider/Argiope...until I looked up some other photos of them and none of them looked exactly like this lady.

Is it? Or is is something else altogether? I was going to post it in bugfiles but wanted to be certain.

Wow. Silly me. :) I thought she had kids. Ha!
Well, at least I had it as far as guessing it was an Orbweaver. That's the only part I got right today.
