Have I mentioned that many of the lilies in the GH are a good foot in diameter?

Nice journey down Lily Lane.

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

Good thing I never listened to my folks when they said to beware of strangers with candy.... yum!

Southern, WI(Zone 5a)

Thanks for more punishment. We deserved it after the last Candy Thread.

Lisbon, IA(Zone 5a)

You couldn't even pocket one lily?? *sigh* I suppose going to jail really isn't worth the lily, maybe. Oh well... :) We need ya here!

OC, CA & Twin Lakes , IA(Zone 4b)

Yummy!

Cedar Rapids, IA(Zone 5a)

Incredible blooms!!!! It's good to see someone breed TALL ones instead of short lilies for flower bouquets.

Southern, WI(Zone 5a)

I love the tall ones too, Wanda.

Willamette Valley, OR(Zone 8a)

Some in the greenhouse were so tall I had to take pot luck at just holding my camera up high, point it downward, and hope the pic was framed. I was pretty lucky! Did I mention that these giants are grown in simple bulb-type crates? These people really know the science of getting a lot of lilies to grow well in a small area.

(Sue) South Central, IA(Zone 5a)

Tall is good! Even so, I like all the different heights, because I can find a spot for all heights in different areas of my gardens!

Southern, WI(Zone 5a)

Neat-o. Wish I could've been there.

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

I say we all take a road trip to Pard's house early next summer. Then she can show us around to the many lily fields.

Southern, WI(Zone 5a)

Pard, are you ready for us?!?! Lol!!

Melvindale, MI(Zone 5a)

Beautiful pics. I like the taller ones too. I especially like all the newer OT hybrids because they seem to grow taller.

Tell you what, folks. I'm still shopping around for a new spaceship. Sorry, I'm fussy and not just any ol' bucket o' bolts will do. Must have all the amenities. I'll name it the PRODOFFPARD II and pick you all up in December for a visit to Oregon Flowers. That's where you get to see thousands of lilies in greenhouses but no blooms because they cut them while in bud. Sort of like the booby prize for visitors. Put this on your calendar. The only event that might get in the way is wallaby reporting on bloom on her gloriowhatsits....

Cedar Rapids, IA(Zone 5a)

Tall ones work best for me since I can protect them from the dogs better in the back rows.

Saint Bonifacius, MN(Zone 4a)

Yes, the Glorywhatsit takes priority over all.

Willamette Valley, OR(Zone 8a)

My Gloriowhatsit pollen will soon come out of the deep freeze...

Southern, WI(Zone 5a)

Oooh la la.

Saint Bonifacius, MN(Zone 4a)

It'll be a while, quite a while, before my rubrum opens.
