Lincoln, United Kingdom(Zone 8a)

I have another bug which looks to have the same structure as Anthocorus nemorum

I had a list on links etc but for some reason the preview only showed my first line, so I have posted and now will post the rest if it lets me! (This oculd be slow, it only shows a couple of lines)

There seems to be little available on other species, but I found a Slovenian site which doesn't let you see the pictures but has a list.

Two pictures come up of Anthocoris limbatus and

Oh well, line by line if it has to be.

continued........

Anthocorus amplicollis
which are very close to my bug but not quite there. The pics can be viewed by clicking the small pic at the top, the name is on the blue bar with the first 3 letters of genus and species.

It didn't work but did with an edit to add the rest.

The snout on this pic.

Phytocoris populi looks close although it's a drawing, the legs have a mottled pattern which I think I can see on mine. Not showing a snout though.

This looks close too, perhaps the closest yet and one pic shows a long snout, Capsodes flavomarginatus

A lot of Miridae to look at,

I feel sure I have found it amongst the jungle of look-alikes.

Globiceps juniperi

Mine has gold antennae ends, and bulging eyes, and two pucture marks on the triangle above the wings.

OK, I found another which is nearly the same, but probably the one I have instead of the last one.

Plagiognathus arbustorum, the one thing I could see on mine which the above one didn't seem to have was a constant mottling on the legs.
