CLOSED: Little blue fluffy bug?

I saw a bug in a flower pot in my backyard the other day that I don't know what it is. It was small, about the size of this O. It was fluffy looking, almost like a small feather from a bird. It had little black beady eyes, and small wings. I have no idea what it is, anyone see anything like it?
