My daughter just sent me this photo, taken with her camera phone, from Little River, SC (North Myrtle Beach area). I have been having the dickens of a time trying to identify it, since I really don't know how to begin! There are several of them on the side of house. Any help in identification is greatly appreciated! Are they 'dangerous"?
