I`m taking a break from Dave`s Garden

Baton Rouge area, LA(Zone 8b)

Hi,

I`m just letting ya`ll know I`m taking a break away from Dave`s Garden for a little while. There is too much work going on around here at home for me to be prompt in changing the morning glory 2007 thread. I need weeks to organize, harvest and there are other things too I need to put my time and energy into for productivity.

As far as the pink x purple F2 grow outs that can go on as planned. I`ll be back to post results by the time they bloom. Someone else needs to take care of the morning glory 2007 thread or maybe some of you can take turns a week on and a week off or it can be discontinued according to what everyone thinks is best for the group.

I`ll see ya`ll a little later on.

Karen

It is communication. You tell your friends what you are up to and one post is quicker than a lot of Dmails.

Ah, Karen, we'll miss you, but I TOTALLY understand. Since I found Dave's place, I've been and will be too busy for DG again, too, but I stop in when I can. You have a great time getting your things caught up/done... we'll look forward to when you can spend more time. I so enjoy your pics and appreciate you sharing your experience.

Karen, I will miss all your information and wonderful pics.

I am sure between most of us the thread will be watched.

Take care and hurry back!!♥

Sure hope you'll be back when things get quieter. It's nice when people let you know they will be away from DG for a while. Then you don't get worried that something terrible happened to them!

I hear ya... every other day, sometimes..lol.. it takes it's toll on me too.

Best time to come here is at night, after all the chores.. and send my that little horse, I love him.

Thanks for the notice. I ditto Beth. Thanks for all the time you have given us taking and posting picture for all us invisibles here. They have been very uplifting.

I too have lots of catching up on things to do before the rain begins this fall. Our daughter's wedding next Sat will help things settle down to normal. Imagine me in a tux, lol. Frank

Congratulations Frank. And I am sure you will look great in a tux.

ditto to above - have appreciated enormously all your contributions and the work involved. Am looking forward to "meeting" you here again and will post pics of your vines and flowers when they bloom for me - what an incredible variety of lime-yellow, crunchy looking leaves on one and another of a thick, white haired fuzzy leaved vine on another and so forth...really amazing!

Take care and enjoy your glories
Karen
