I didn't see the bugs that live here - but here are their nests - I thought they looked like really nice sculpture.

These look like hornet's nests. I live in south Mississippi and I have seen lots of hornet's nests here. Ours are not quite shaped this way and it may not be the same type hornet (wasp). You might be glad you didnt see these "bugs". The ones we have, dont have very good temperments and their stings are quite painful.
