I've checked the bug files and cannot find them - I have this same picture in the plant ID forum to find out what the little flower is. I took the picture this morning and I want to do a digital drawing of it for my on line gallery - but I'd like to ID the butterflies if possible. I am in Panama - republic of not Florida.

Carol, the flower looks like a Lantana and the bf on the top is a Banded Peacock, Anartia fatima.

Thank you so much for the bf ID - and I googled Lantana and that is indeed what it is. I will leave this up until I get an ID for the other bf.

Yes - I've looked at a lot of pictures on the web and that's IT!!! It is a White peacock indeed.
This is so much fun - and I really do appreciate all your help - you guys (and gals) are GOOD! Haven't missed one yet!
