CLOSED: Ctenopius sulphureus (lookalike)

The wings are a paler colour on Ctenopius sulphureus, I wonder if it ages or is a a sex difference.

There's no others in the Family Alleculidae which match the yellow head. This family gets little mention so I'm wondering if it's included elsewhere.
