Tomorrow, I'm gonna kick back and listen to the sounds of golden silence...the grand kids go back to school. Don't you just know how much I"m gonna miss all the fun games, and swimming,
bickering and fighting??? Love the little toots to death.....but, it sure was a loooonng Summer Vacation!!

Dont you just love that commercial where the dad is dancing down the isle buying the school supplies with the christmas song "Its the best time of the year" and the kids arent amused???? Makes me all tingly inside.
Cant wait. Its not that I want them to be gone for 7 hours per day but its the law and if I dont send them then I will go to jail. *****GRIN******

Eyes, I know just how you feel, I will be sending my 3 back to school first thing in the monring, and I couldn't be more happier!!! The only thing I hate is that big yellow school bus...everytime I put them on it...I don't get turned around good until they come bringing them back!! LOL I agree with you this HAS been a LONG summer! and even though is is only 7 hours a day...it's a good enough break for me!!

Janice.LOL!!!!! I love that commercial and I know exactly how that dad feels. We have till after the holiday for the kids to go back to school. Being that we are a tourist town, it would be insane for them to start school before then because there would be no place to park and it would be a huge traffic jam. My kids have been out of school since June 5th. They needed to start doing some upgrading to the schools so they let them off early this year! So it has been an extremely long summer that I am soooooooo ready to be done with. Maybe I will get rid of this 3month headache I have been having...lol
I love my kids to death, but I am needing a bit of rest and recouperation :)

I home schooled mine last year to get them out of a bad situation. They will be going to a different school this year. We had fun but I didn't get diddle done around the house. I don't know what I will two with two of them in school all day and one in preschool three mornings a week. LOL It will just be me and the two year old until the new one gets here. Maybe I will finally catch up on the laundry????? Ugly thought! Guess I will just sit in a stuper the first couple of weeks, in between my part time job and OB appts. ha ha ha I'm sure I will find SOMETHING to do. :)
