Found Red body bugs on my Turk's Cap

I didnt get a photo yet, but today I found some interesting bugs on my Turk's Cap plant. There were about 15 or so of them all clustered together. They had red bodys similar to a red ant only bigger and a brighter red. They had legs similar to a spider. I will get a photo tomorrow assuming they are still there.

Anyone have any idea what these guys could be?

I'm in Frisco, Tx, zone 8.
