How many varities do you have?

Bellie you asked how many brug varieties there are: about 1300, with new ones coming on line all the time...

TeresaInCAL - that's just sooooo amazing that you feel that way about your brugs. My brug hobby began exactly the same - sell some at some plant sales and make some money to suppliment my addiction and get some soil, etc. BUT, I cannot part with any of my babies.

I have them stashed everywhere. My back patio is overcrowed with lots of things, including brugs.

Hehehe, must be the name huh?

Nice collection! What's that burgundy-leafed tree?

Allistair, I'm surprised you were able to put out a number. Seems every second there's a new one. Kinda like counting fish in the sea..."Everyone just be still for a moment so we can count you!" LOL

Yikes, sorry, DH knows the real name of the tree. (he's at work) It was sold to us as a "Judas Tree", but apparently it's the wrong name.

Some one said 700 now 1,300 !!! I am sure you are all addicted to collecting like the hosta addiction!! LOL!!! There are over 7,000 of hosta cultivars i was told and so the lists goes onnnn. The only drawback with me is room. We only have almost half acre, we are not lucky enough to own all those acres and acres. LOL!!!! My few varities does come back and have tons of cuttings that are growing in pots.It is like a jungle in my backyard but i do not want it any other way. Happy gardening!!! Bellie
