I found this on my hibiscus today. I've never looked for or at bugs or worms before when taking pictures, but I couldn't miss this one. Can someone tell me what it is? Thanks.

It's a Ladybug / Ladybird Beetle larva. Maybe Harmonia, I'll look it up
I think that's what it is. I only saw one pic with the white ring around the neck though.
Cool, thanks for the info. I had seen them before, but this one seemed pretty large. I need lots of them to help me with mites, if they eat them. Thanks again.
If you find one stuck to something, its ready to change into a lady bug. They kind of back out of their skin and the lady bug emerges. We used to find them on our swing set as kids.
