They are coming tomorrow to inspect the package, packing and plants.................so I am hoping that they will do something................
Gessie, I have been following your thread and I am SO glad they are coming out to take a look at your plant. I know to us our plants mean the world but imagine.....people ship live fish, ducks, chicks etc. They really could have done a number on a live animal. They REALLY need to think about what they are doing as you never know what could be in that box.
I hope it all goes well and that you are completely refunded and can re-purchase your plants again :)
