I have both of these moths, not sure if the Family we would use is Adelinae or Incurvariidae but we have neither!
Nemophora metallica, mine is the male, look at those antennae!

Janet,
I have opted for Adelidae as the family, because BugGuide says of Adelidae:
Quoting:
Synonyms and other taxonomic changes
formerly considered a subfamily of Incurvariidae
I have created an entry for Nemophora metallica here: http://davesgarden.com/bf/go/4757/
to get the family started.
I will leave you to create the entry for Nemophora degeerella
and will add an image to the index, when you have uploaded your images,
Ken
Thanks Ken, images added to both.

Thanks Janet,
one of your images now represents the Adelidae in the index,
Ken
