Asiatic lily planting help

I have 50 asiatic lily bulbs coming and not a clue how to plant them or when. I'm in Michigan zone 5(altho now they says its zone 6). I'm on 5 acres so have sun, shade and everything in between.

Any and all help appreciated!

i planted 100 last fall. if i remember 5-6 inches. plant in fall. full sun is best. but they seem
rather hardy and easy.
