This year I've noticed that I finally have them. My lilies are suffering. Please what is their correct name. Also, has any one found a way to stop them. When I find them I just crush them. Please help.

Vigilance is probably the best route, even using so called 'safe' sprays will still affect other bugs. I had them in droves until flowering started, then only a few and I even found some I missed recently which were close to maturing, some had matured but I think I got them all for now. It seems they need to lay their eggs on the young foliage in their first wave which can go on for weeks. I still keep one eye on them but don't need to look twice a day!
