I have Crimson Ramble growing tall on an 8' trellis with no blooms. Next to it is Grandpa Ott that is blooming fine. G. Ott has been eaten by deer, attacked by a gazillion Japanese beetles and continued to bloom even with few leaves--evidently the flowers are not tasty to deer. But there has not been the first bloom on the Crimson Rambler; any ideas? .....only fertilized once early, they are in sun.....
Crimson Rambler - no blooms???
I've heard great things about Bloom Booster - I've been thinking of getting some myself.
The plants are most likely attuned to the natural rhythms of where the seeds originated...i.e.,>some plants are going to start and stop flowering at different times of the season...some bloom booster may help...
