The pic of Chironomus plumosus on wikipedia looks like mine, although there are supposed to be a lot of them this one seems to match.

Family Chironomidae we don't seem to have yet, unless I've got the wrong one!
This pic shows a blue one, maybe they come in multi-colours! I do have another smaller bluish one too!
