Found this guy while inspecting my garden this morning. He was on a cucumber leaf. Very, very tiny. He didn't move the whole time I was photographing him and he even waited while I went inside to get my camera. I hope he's more friend than foe because I find him beautiful.

Oh, looks like he is foe. Oh well. I still like how he looks. Just don't want him in my garden now.

Looks very much like Graphocephala fennahi (Rhododendron Leafhopper).
