Nothing fancy about this one on a strawberry leaf.

Andy, It is a Click Beetle from the family Elateridae, but I cannot match it to a species,

andy, i was lying in bed the other night, just drifting off and i heard the oddest noise. i had to get up to see what the heck it was. we have ceramic tile floors and here was a click beetle, clicking and flipping up and down. it was kind of entertaining for a minute or two, lol, then i took him outside where he belongs!

i would never have guessed this one to be a click beetle. the head looks like a pancake!

Thanks, Kennedy. Could this be it?
