Love the 1st one Arlan. Love the shade of blue and the petal shape.

That is really neat. Is that the same flower twice?

Whitsett, NC(Zone 8a)

It is - I think someone was playing with photo editing software. It took me a minute to figure out there were two (or three) identical flowers with the same exact vines around each flower . . . fantastic photo editing. I'm interested to know what software was used . . .

Yes, Nichole is correct. Each is made from a single photo and "stitched" together with a very basic photo editing program. (The one that came on the CD with my camera.) Stitching is usually used to create panorama vistas by overlapping pictures taken to cover segments of the view.

By playing with just a few parameters (allignment and amount of overlap) the program does the rest...

I was bored last night!

It would make some cool wall paper. I like it! :)

Very artistic!

I'd like to know what camera you got, just so I can get the software!

Robertsdale, AL(Zone 8b)

I use a Canon PowerShot Pro that is several years old now. I don't have access to my computer at home right now, so don't know the name of the software. I would imagine that many of the photo editors available have this capability.

When I return home tomorrow night I'll look up the name of the software and let you know.

Here is one using regular MG flowers.....

Really nice images, Arlan. You are a constant inspiration.
