I found this guy on some zinnia leaves. Any ideas what it might be? I couldn't even narrow him/her into a family.

It looks like a grass spider carring a baby sac with her. Of course this is just a guess.

Looks like a female wolf spider in the Pardosa genus. Very similar to this one:

red_princess - I think you are right about the baby sac - very interesting!
Actually an egg sac. When the spiderlings hatch, they will ride around on mom's back until they can hunt on their own...Really neat to see.
