CLOSED: Green bug on roses

Hi! I have no idea what this bug is..I've been finding it on my roses...which were having aphid problems, among other things. It doesn't seem to be able to jump. Is it good, bad?

It looks like a young Katydid. Bug guide says the striped antennae on Katydid nymphs mean it's probably in the genus Scudderia.
