I believe the one on the left is the Eastern Amberwing but what is the one on the left?

You mean the one on the right / the other left? I think it's an Eastern Forktail, Ischnura vertacalis
Yes the other left, I'm so confused about all the different insects that right and left have become a chore. But I don't think it is a Eastern Forktail. The eyes are not green or red.
It might be another Bluet, the Orange or the Vesper. There's about 35 species of Bluets known, and who knows how many unidentified.......that makes it quite the challenge to id. Can you try and get a phot of every angle to make it easier? LOL
