SAHM here who doesn't have much time for the kitchen (this includes a lot of chopping) but I love to prepare good meals for the family.

Looking for recipes in the crock pot that could mostly be one-dish meals. I can search the web to find these or scour cookbooks but I'd like recipes you've actually tried and thought were delish!

Do you have any you would share?

Edited to add: The only thing we won't eat is beef....but we'll do all other meats/fish/vegetables, etc.
