I agree it is a Zebra Caddisfly (Macrostemum zebratum). We have hardly any Caddisflies in BugFiles so far, so would welcome your image. Because the family was not yet represented, I had to add the species, so there is now an entry for the Zebra Caddisfly here: http://davesgarden.com/bf/go/4709/
