I found this bug in one of my new annual vines I got this year. I was taking a few cuttings of it to see if it would root and saw this little mass of bubbles and when I wiped the bubbles away and unmatted the the fine vine here was this bug?? Any ideas??? Good bug? Bad Bug?
It also looks like it has little white eggs inside its back.

It was on a Dichondra Silver Falls.
