This may not be either of those, but I feel it could be one of them, There are similarities to flesh flies which I had thought, but not quite the same, the pic on this site gave me the clue under the Parasitic Flies heading,

If I had to go for one I would have said Phorocera assimilis as it matches the pic closely in pic no. 7301 on the Tchinidae site,

But looking at other pics the tail looks longer and more pointed on that.
Anyone have any clues, perhaps male or female differences?
